How can I get my website out there so that more people would visit and be apart of this new journey that I have unfolded. So I have decided to start posting weekly Product showcases so that maybe I could interest one new person a week !

This pendant was made with UV resin, real lavender petals and a touch of glitter for added sparkle. The pendant is a silver plated watch open bezel and is on a 24 inch sliver plated chain.

I wanted to show this pendant for my first showcase because it is truly amazing and one of my favorites within the Mothers Day 2019 collection. Please leave a comment and share this post to help His Gifted Angel become world known!!

1 Word Collab WEEK 1

Hey my crafty friends!!

It has been a while since I have posted on my blog! But man a lot has happened this year!! I honestly had to slow down on my business and crafting due to personal issues! But I am back and I am ready to craft!!

To help me get back into the swing of things I joined a Collab on YouTube called the 1 word collab Hosted by Janscrazylife and Tinascraftylife! Every week for the month of September we create a project based around that word.

Our word this week was BookPage!                                       I love working with text and book pages on my project.! I was in a mixed mood for this project so I decided to make a Tag and ATC.

I started off with a #10 sized. I used my distress inks in Victorian velvet, candied apple, fossilized amber, blueprint sketch and iced spruce. I added Tim Holtz tissue wrap with the book page in various areas.

I used Disstress collage medium to glue that wonderful tissue wrap down on my tag. After the glue dried, I used frayed burlap over the entire tag with the burlap stencil from tim Holtz. I put that to the side and pulled out a corrugated ATC I bought from Hoppy Lobby a while back blended my distress inks and stamped with a tim holtz text stamp. I added a heart die cut and some small talk text also from tim holtz.

I found some Kraft glassine bags while going through my Tim Holtz stash and I just had to add it to my tag!!! So I took the same stamp that was used on the ATC, stamped all over the glassine pocket heated it a lil to make sure the ink didn’t rub off, and bam now i had a pocket to place my ATC into! I added a big chat sentiment from Tim Holtz and my project was complete!!.

Here is my finished project for the first week in the 1 word collab!!

I had Soooo much fun making this project for the collaboration!! Thank you all for stopping by and stay tuned for next weeks 1 word collab project!!

I always make my Great Nieces and Nephews a special Christmas card. This year was no exception. I choose Penguin Elf from Whimsy Stamps as my image and colored them using my Copic markers. The image was one I received as an extra from my Kit and Clowder monthly coloring classes. I don’t believe that […]

Project Share #3

Hey Guys!!!

Sorry i have been away for a bit, but life happened… And some changes had to be made!! But im back and ready to show you guys a little project!! So are you ready for another project share??

This little card was made because of a wonderful lady who goes by PoetSpice on YouTube.  She is hosting a Gorjuss Girl Collab this year on her channel and i decided to play along… You can find her channel here.

So here is my card….KODAK Digital Still Camera

What do you guys think? I thinks is adorable!! So i used the Gorjuss girl mini stamp #1 and colored her with my copic markers. For the background, i used the cuttlebug embossing folder called love is in the air. I inked up the embossed paper with spun sugar distress ink and festive berries distress ink around the edges. I rubbed black soot over the top just to add a little dimension. The heart Dollie is from Micheals and the red crochet lace is from hobby lobby.

Here is a photo showing the supplies I used…KODAK Digital Still Camera

Perfect Pearls mist was dabbed on the heart and background just for some added shimmer… I have to put shimmer on everything!!!

Thats all for today guys just wanted to share my card.. Have a blessed day.. And Be Safe..

2017 Craft Favorites

Hello my crafty Friends….. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

To celebrate the new year with my crafty friends I decided to share my craft favorites of 2017… They are not in any particular order, just some of the things I loved and used the most this year… Well, lets get it rolling…..

I but my favorite items in category’s, and first up we have tools.KODAK Digital Still Camera

So my tools category is some what small but these 2 tools i simply could not live without!! We all know and love them… #1 is the mini misti, i use this for all type of stamping techniques including mirror stamping and using layering stamps. tool #2 are my Tim Holtz tonic scissors. Man do these baby’s cut everything! i had to buy another pair because my husband kept stealing them for the kitchen. I love these so much that the large and mini pair are both on my crafty wish list!!

Category #2 is paper.KODAK Digital Still Camera

Just one item in this category but i just had to share this… My favorite paper of 2017 is letterpress paper… I discovered this year that this letterpress paper gives the most beautiful deep impression when used with embossing folders… You guys have simply got to try it. I got this paper from Hobby Lobby but can not seem to find it anymore but i will be looking online.

Moving on to category #3…KODAK Digital Still Camera

Well as you can see, this category is all about coloring mediums. So item # 4 would be my inktense pencils. These pencils act like watercolors but are permanent after dissolved, and the pigment in these pencils behave like an ink. #5 would have to be my brusho watercolors. Brushos are pigment watercolors that make the most stunning backgrounds. To go along with the brusho’s, is item #6, liquid metals. These are from the color burst line of watercolor pigments, but work well with the brushos. They are a metallic liquid that adds the most beautiful shine to your projects. Item #7 is the spectrum nior glitter markers. These are fantastic for adding finishing touches to stamped images or highlighting spots on backgrounds… They provide just the right amount of sparkle without being overpowering.

KODAK Digital Still Camera

Favorite #8… Zig clean color real brush markers. I am still learning how to use these wonderful markers, they blend easily have a real brush tip which makes it easier to blend, and get into those tiny space’s. #9 are pan pastels…. I use these for mixed media projects and to add a little color to embossed images. These pastels are artist grade, extremely smooth and slide on the paper like butter!!

The next category i have for you guys would have to be my ultimate favorite crafty tools….Stamps!!KODAK Digital Still Camera

I love stamps, as im sure we all do, but for the 2017 year there are a few that got a little more love and use from me. Lets start with those awesome crazy birds which would be item #10. These stamps are from Tim Holtz and are just wait to cute…  I got these stamps in a bundle which included the accessories stamps that are behind those birds. Item # 11 is the greeting farm Hatters stamp set. I am a Alice in wonderland fanatic, so when i heard the The Greeting Farm was releasing a hatter set, i almost died i was so excited…LOL. I pre ordered these bad boys and have not stopped using them since i got them in the mail. Crafty Fav #12, Jane Davenport face stamps… I love these stamps, i can not draw AT ALL… But i wanted to add faces and Goddesses to my art journal pages and these stamps allow me to do just that. Plus im working on a few jewelry pieces using these so we shall see how it goes.(Be on the lookout for that Post). My last stamps would be My mini Gorguss Girls coming in at item #13. I dont have a picture of those but if you wold like to see just shoot me comment below. I have set 1 and set 3 of the mini stamps. I would have had sets 1 and 2 but my order was messed up and they ended up sending set 3. I just decided to keep them since i was going to get them anyway.. I love these little stamps, they are just the right size for A2 cards and ATC’s

Moving on to the next categoty, Dies… And item #14 and my most used dies of 2017……KODAK Digital Still CameraWell, do i need to say more? The dies that go with those cut little crazy birds!!!

Last up, we have the embossing folder category…KODAK Digital Still Camera

These are my 2 favorite embossing folders of all time! That is how much i love these!! The first being cuttlebugs script embossing folder. I love script anything, for me it adds a since of elegance to the projects. and the second embossing folder is from Darice. Im not 100% sure but i believe this folder is called happy birthday. This is just a folder that i use for quick and fun CAS birthday cards. Emboss with letterpress paper, add some pan pastels, a little ribbon or twine maybe and you got yourself a quick card.

Well guys, that is all for my crafty favorites for the 2017 year. Of Course i could add a little more but then we might be sitting here til 2019..lol. So what items have you guys not been able to put down in 2017?

Until next time…. Be Safe, and Stay Crafty!!! Happy New Year.

Project Share #2

Hey guys, ready for another card share? Well here it goes….

Another Christmas card share today…. Well what do you expect? The holiday season is creeping up on us!! Are you ready for christmas this year?

This card set was for another customer order and i loved how they turned out… I did use the same stamp as my last project share but the customer requested this particular one. This was a small order this time around but super fun to make….

The image was stamped with versamark ink on black paper. I used Lindy’s Stamp Gangs mica powders over the versamark in varies colors and look at that result……. I hope my camera is showing you guys that sheen. I sprayed the paper with perfect pearl mist from ranger. The background layer was made with brusho watercolors and Lindy’s Stamp Gang starburst sprays.

I finished the inside of the card with a faith related sentiment and colored the edges with Tim Holtz distress inks to match the front of the card.

So what do you guys think? I hope my camera was able to capture all the detail. Man i wish you all could see it in person. Well guys thats all for today’s share!! Thanks for stopping bye.. Be Blessed..Happy Crafting.

I am not the only one… And 2. It Can be done! LOL Check this post out and give Desperate Housewife Craft some love!

I don’t make many masculine cards and those I do are upon requests with a theme like hiking, golfing, wine… so I just create a digital image with my Silhouette Portrait and make a 3D card. But today I wanted to make a “normal” card which could be generic for any masculine birthdays and that […]
